Members = $49 (after June 4th cost is $69)

To qualify for the member rate, you must be a member of one of the following: 

• MACUL •MAMSE • MCSS • MCTM • MSTA

• Joint Member (MCSS, MCTM, MSTA)

• Partnering Group (see list of parterning groups)

Non-Members = $79 (after June 4th cost is $99)
